1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PDF Reader Pro ("App"), provided by Takattke ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including without limitation users who contribute content, information, or other materials.

2. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
•Download and install one copy of the App on an Android device that you own or control
•Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes

This license does not include the right to: sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or assign; modify, translate, adapt, or make derivative works; reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App; remove or alter any proprietary notices; or use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

3. User Responsibilities
3.1 Permitted Use
•Open, read, and manage PDF files stored on your own device
•Create bookmarks and notes for personal reference
•Use sharing features to share PDF files you have the right to share
•Unlock optional features via rewarded advertisements

3.2 Prohibited Use
You agree NOT to:
•Use the App to access, view, or distribute PDFs in violation of applicable copyright or intellectual property laws
•Use the App to store, transmit, or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
•Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
•Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or interact with the App
•Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features of the App
•Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
•Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose

4. Your Documents and Content
You retain full ownership of all PDF documents and files you access through the App. We do not claim any ownership rights over your documents. The App only reads files you explicitly select and does not upload, transmit, or store the content of your documents on any external server.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
•You have the legal right to access and view each document you open
•Your use of the documents through the App does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
•You will not use the App to access materials in violation of applicable copyright laws

5. Advertising
PDF Reader Pro is a free application supported by advertising. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
•Advertisements may be displayed on the Home, File Browser, and Search screens
•The reader screen will remain ad-free
•Advertisements are served by Google AdMob and are subject to Google's terms and policies
•You will not use ad-blocking software, tools, or techniques that interfere with the delivery of advertisements in the App
•We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements displayed in the App

6. Rewarded Features
Certain premium features may be unlocked by watching rewarded advertisements, including:
•AMOLED and custom reading themes
•Increased bookmark storage beyond the standard limit
•Advanced reading analytics and statistics

Rewarded features are granted on a per-device, per-session or persistent basis as specified at the time of the reward. We reserve the right to change, add, or remove rewarded features at any time. No monetary compensation, refund, or credit will be provided if a rewarded feature is modified or discontinued.

7. Intellectual Property
The App and all of its original content, features, functionality, design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks are and will remain the exclusive property of Takattke and its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features without our prior written consent.

Third-party libraries used in the App are subject to their respective open-source licenses, which are available in the App under Settings > About > Open Source Licenses.

8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.


9. Third-Party Services and Links
The App integrates with the following third-party services: Google AdMob (advertising), Firebase Analytics (usage analytics), and Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any third-party content, advertising, products, or services.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
10.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FREEDOM FROM COMPUTER VIRUS.

We do not warrant that: (a) the App will meet your requirements; (b) the App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; (c) information obtained through the App will be accurate or reliable; (d) defects in the App will be corrected.

10.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL [YOUR COMPANY NAME], ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
•Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
•Loss of data, documents, or reading progress
•Loss of profits or business opportunities
•Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your device or documents


10.3 Data Loss
We are not responsible for any loss of bookmarks, reading progress, or other locally stored data resulting from App uninstallation, device reset, storage failure, or OS updates. We recommend maintaining your own backups of important PDF documents.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Takattke and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the App; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable law.

12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in [Your Jurisdiction] in accordance with the rules of [Applicable Arbitration Body].

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. Age Restrictions
The App is not intended for use by persons under the age of 13. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.

15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.

16. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and [Your Company Name] regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
